  • Diane

    COVT Lead Therapist

    Diane started her career as a vision therapist in 1999 and began training under Dr. Leonard Press in Fair Lawn, NJ. At the time, Dr. Press was the president of COVD and one of the leading doctors in developmental vision therapy. While working with Dr. Press, Diane began the process of becoming certified as an optometric vision therapist. Diane earned her certification in 2002 and has continued to take classes to expand her knowledge base. She has completed the Padula courses in Neuro-Visual Processing (Optometric) Rehabilitation and Visual/Postural Dysfunction Following a Neurological Event Levels 1-3.

  • Kelly

    Practice Administrator | Optical

    Within the clinic, Kelly manages all optical, administrative, and front desk operations.

    Kelly is from Cedarburg, Wisconsin where she owned 3 Papa Murphy’s stores for 17 years. While in Wisconsin, she also managed an optical lab called Family Vision Center. Kelly moved to Tucson in 2021 and has loved the desert ever since. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, 3 boston terriers, and 2 tortoises.

  • Jennifer

    Patient Experience Liaison

    Jennifer is a new addition to the Vision & Balance team. She recently moved to Tucson to be closer to her mother and live a slower pace of life. She moved from Phoenix where she raised 3 children while working in the wellness industry.

    In the clinic she works as lead front desk associate as well as assisting with administration.

    She loves spending time with her family and 2 dogs, watching soccer, and trying new restaurants with her husband. She is a also a big Phoenix Suns fan.

  • Alyssa

    Optometric Technician | Front Desk

    Alyssa is the newest member of the Vision & Balance team. She recently graduated from University of California Davis in December 2023 with an undergraduate degree in Human Development. She moved to Tucson to be closer to family and to begin her career in the health industry.

    Within the clinic she performs all preliminary testing and assists with front desk operations.

    On her free time she enjoys crocheting, creating press on nail designs, and exploring Tucson.

  • Ana

    Vision Therapist

    Ana graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health  Counseling. Passionate about expanding her expertise, Ana continues her education in vision therapy through OPSIS: Advanced Learning Through Vision, Education Foundation Courses. With a strong foundation in both psychology and vision therapy, Ana helps clients enhance their visual skills while also considering the mental and emotional aspects of their care.

    When Ana isn’t in the clinic, she enjoys traveling, discovering new music, hiking, and writing. Always eager to grow both personally and professionally, Ana is dedicated to supporting her clients on their journey to clearer vision and overall well-being.
